Line Follower Robot Sensor Concept

Image
Line Follower Robot Sensor Concept - Sensor line detector is used in line follower robot is usually based on the principle of light reflectionto distinguish the line with the background color. In the dark color of the light absorption is greater than that of white light reflected to the sensor becomes smaller. Position sensor to track the trajectory and the example circuit. Line Follower Robot  Sensor  Concept Light used for the introduction of the line is usually visible light and infra-red. Sensors for visible light are commonly used are LDR (Light Depending Resistance), while for the infrared light is atransistor and photo diode (photodiode). Sensors placed at the bottom of the frame to hang the robot, so that its position can be located just above the track to be read.

Electronic Project of Fire Alarm with LDR Sensor

Image
This is a Electronic Alarm Circuit Project of Fire Alarm with LDR Sensor.  The fire alarm circuit which use LDR to sense the smoke from the fire, so it can be used to detect any dark smoke. With the onset of summer season, possibilities of fire accidents go up. These fire accidents could be prevented if timely alarms are available. The circuit given right here alerts the user against these fire accidents. The circuit needs to be put in fire-prone locations for example a kitchen. Fire Alarm with LDR Sensor Circuit Diagram: Every person is aware that when everything catches fire, smoke is produced. When this smoke passes between a bulb and an LDR, the amount of light falling on the LDR reduces. This causes the resistance of LDR to raise and the voltage at pin 2 of IC 555 comes below 1/3 Vcc. thus triggering IC 555 that is utilized right here in bistable mode. As a result the voltage of pin 3 goes high. This high voltage (about 9V) completes the supply to the COB (chip-on-board). Var...

Simple Water Sensor Circuit Diagram using IC 555

Image
This is a water sensor /rain alarm circuit diagram; it can be used on motorcycle, car or other device that we want to protect from water, rain. This is a simple water sensor/rain alarm circuit that makes an alarm when water/rain falls on its sensor. This circuit is based on NE555/LM555 IC and two transistors (Q1&Q2). For transistor Q1- BC547 or BC107 and for Q2- 2N825,BC548 or BC168 can be used in the circuit.  This rain detector circuit can be supplied from voltage source of +9V-12V DC. The resistor 470K ohm is a POT/Variable resistor; it is used to adjust the sensitivity of water/rain sensor. Use a 8 ohm,0.5w-1W speaker to hearing better alarm. Less than 8 ohm speaker could be harmful for the IC 555.  Circuit Diagram of Water Sensor   We can make the water sensor as shown in the image (Fig-1) using aluminu m conductor like a naked wire . Here can be used other conductor but we suggesting to use aluminum.

IR Infra Red Sensor with 7 Segment Display

Image
Infrared light has a difference with ordinary light in general. We can see clearly when a light or light on an object. As with the infrared light we can not see the manifestation of these rays. Frankly I can not answer when asked why the infrared rays are not visible in the eyes of us. So at night do not hope you can make light by using infrared light. One thing that is often heard from many people that infrared light can utilized for the functions of a camera that can see in dark conditions is often called an infrared camera. Actually I have explained the working principles of electronic circuit section in this blog is about the basic working principle of a series of infrared sensors are simple. To design this sensor circuit you should not find trouble if you ever make another series of sensors. It's just that the sensor circuit consists of the transmitter and receiver, to learn the basic principles of this series of infrared you can see in the Basic Principles Series Infrared Tra...

Simple Temperature Sensor Circuit using 1N4148 diode

Image
There are components that have special characteristics , one of them is the 1N4148 diode , it is a diode High - speed , and its switching speed is 4th , its voltage is 100 V and current of 450 mA . It besides a diode 1N4148 is used as the temperature sensor , that due to its characteristics that cause it to change its resistance with temperature change . Of course it does not compare to a sensor like the LM38 , but for some circuits of low precision , which just need to know if an element is hot or cold it is very useful .   Temperature Sensor Circuit using 1N4148 diode Diagram Using the multimeter and the 1N4148 as a thermometer The scheme above is a circuit that measures the temperature in a simple manner using a multimeter. It uses 1N4148 diode , and VR1 and VR2 must be adjusted with a thermometer , and is more precise measurement . On the scale of the multimeter can be compared to the scale of degree...

Build a Passive Infrared Sensor Circuit Diagram

Image
What is PIR ? Passive Infrared Sensor Circuit Diagram . Detectors or pyroelectric sensors, passive infrared or PIR sensor, are made of a crystalline material that generates an electric charge on the surface when exposed to heat in the form of infrared radiation. When radiation increases the amount of electrical charge increases too and this load is measured with a sensitive FET transistor which is inside the sensor module. With the RIP is commonly used as a motion detector of an object by detecting the infrared signal radiated from the object (people and animals). The Passive Infrared Sensors are also used in remote thermometers. Pinning PIR sensor Pin 1 of the PIR must be connected to the positive supply 5V DC. Pin 2 is the output of PIR sensor, it must have a connection to the earth through a resistor of 47K to 100K (depending on the circuit). Pin 3 of the RIP must be connected to ground or negative circuit. Simple Circuit Diagram using PIR Sensor Simple circuit motion sensor PIR det...

Acoustic Sensor Circuit Diagram

Image
This acoustic sensor was originally developed for an industrial application (monitoring a siren), but will also find many domestic applications. Note that the sensor is designed with safety of operation as the top priority: this means that if it fails then in the worst-case scenario it will not itself generate a false indication that a sound is detected. Also, the sensor connections are protected against polarity reversal and short-circuits. The supply voltage of 24 V is suitable for industrial use, and the output of the sensor swings over the supply voltage range. The circuit consists of an electret micro-phone, an amplifier, attenuator, rectifier and a switching stage. MIC1 is supplied with a current of 1 mA by R9. T1 amplifies the signal, decoupled from the supply by C1, to about 1 Vpp. R7 sets the collector current of T1 to a maximum of 0.5 mA. The operating point is set by feedback resistor R8. The sensitivity of the circuit can be adjusted using potentiometer P1 so that it does n...

Eight Colours Sensor

Image
Colour Sensor Circuit diagram is an interesting project for hobbyists. The circuit can sense eight colours, i.e. blue, green and red (primary colours); magenta, yellow and cyan (secondary colours); and black and white. The circuit is based on the fundamentals of optics and digital electronics. Eight Colours Sensor Circuit Diagram: The object whose colour is required to be detected should be placed in front of the system. The light rays reflected from the object will fall on the three convex lenses which are fixed in front of the three LDRs. The convex lenses are used to converge light rays. This helps to increase the sensitivity of LDRs. Blue, green and red glass plates (filters) are fixed in front of LDR1, LDR2 and LDR3 respectively. When reflected light rays from the object fall on the gadget, the coloured filter glass plates determine which of the LDRs would get triggered. The circuit makes use of only ‘AND’ gates and ‘NOT’ gates. When a primary coloured light ray falls on the system...
